Mobility Events Calendar

Every publicly announced relocation and global mobility conference for 2026 — past and upcoming — with our completely objective, totally unbiased take on each one.

Mar
11
2 Days
Burlingame, CA March 11–12

A flagship North American conference bringing together corporate mobility leaders and service partners to explore trends, best practices, and real-world mobility challenges.

BAMM punches above its weight. Intimate size means you'll actually have real conversations instead of collecting lanyards.
Mar
12
London, UK March 12

A technical, practitioner-focused event diving into compliance, operations, and the mechanics of global workforce and mobility management.

Mar
13
Amsterdam, Netherlands March 13

One of Europe's major global mobility conferences, featuring workshops, panels, case studies, and mobility masterclasses for HR and mobility professionals.

The masterclass format is underrated — sign up for those first and treat the keynotes as optional.
Mar
19
United States March 19

A regional relocation conference focused on current industry challenges, supplier collaboration, and practical insights for corporate mobility teams.

Mar
19
London, UK March 19

An executive-level exchange designed for senior global mobility and HR leaders to benchmark strategies and discuss the future of mobility.

Mar
25
Shanghai, China March 25

A full-day conference covering international assignments, immigration, tax considerations, and AI's role in global mobility compliance and strategy.

China mobility is a different universe. If APAC is in your portfolio and you're not here, you're relying on secondhand intelligence.
Apr
21
2 Days
Fort Worth, TX April 21–22

A two-day, Texas-wide relocation conference jointly hosted by the Austin Relocation Council, Houston Relocation Professionals, and North Texas Relocation Professionals.

Three councils joining forces is the template other regions should copy. Worth watching as a model, not just attending.
Apr
23
Washington, DC April 23

A full-day Greater Washington relocation conference hosted by the Greater Washington Employee Relocation Council, themed "From Uncertainty to Opportunity."

Apr
23
Nashville, TN April 23

A full-day regional conference covering RFP strategy, AI, real estate, immigration, and cross-industry relocation updates.

Apr
23
2 Days
Readington Township, NJ April 23–24

A two-day volunteer event supporting Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity. Participants may volunteer on either day. NJRC membership required at registration.

Apr
23
2 Days
Budapest, Hungary April 23–24

An international talent mobility conference focused on designing and optimizing global mobility strategies in a rapidly evolving workforce.

Mercer brings the data nobody else has. Their compensation benchmarking sessions are the most referenced content all year.
Apr
27
4 Days
Malta April 27–30

The European Relocation Association's flagship global event for relocation providers, destination services professionals, and mobility leaders.

The content has genuinely leveled up — their DSP track is best-in-class. Don't let Malta distract you from the sessions.
Apr
30
Summit, NJ April 30

A full-day regional spring conference covering global mobility trends and developments, held by the New Jersey Relocation Council.

May
5
2 Days
Chicago, IL May 5–6

A "super regional" relocation conference jointly hosted by Chicago, St. Louis, and Wisconsin relocation councils, focused on corporate mobility strategy and industry collaboration.

The "super regional" model is smart — critical mass without losing local relevance. Other regions should be taking notes.
May
6
Quincy, MA May 6

A full-day regional conference hosted by the New England Relocation Association, covering the theme "Leading The Mobility Revolution: Transform, Mobilize, Succeed."

May
12
2 Days
Singapore May 12–13

A major regional talent mobility conference hosted by WERC, bringing together corporate mobility leaders and service providers across the Asia-Pacific region.

WERC's APAC expansion is the most important strategic move in industry events. Singapore as a hub city makes this unmissable if you have APAC assignments.
Jun
2
2 Days
Houston, TX June 2–3 + EMMAS Awards

The Forum for Expatriate Management's flagship North American event returns with two full days of interactive workshops, panels, roundtables, and case studies covering every corner of global mobility strategy. The evening EMMAs Awards ceremony recognizes standout service providers across the Americas — essentially the Oscars of the relocation world, but with better networking.

The EMMAs have a way of making even the losers feel like winners — free drinks help. But the daytime content genuinely earns its reputation as the most practitioner-dense event in the Americas calendar.
Jun
3
Atlanta, GA June 3

The Metro Atlanta Relocation Council's summer networking event, held at a Braves game — because every industry eventually figures out that the best way to talk shop is over hot dogs and a seventh-inning stretch. A casual, connection-first format for Atlanta-area mobility professionals.

MARC knows its audience. Nobody ever regretted swapping a conference room for a ballpark. If you're in the Atlanta orbit, this is the lowest-effort, highest-return networking event on the calendar.
Jun
9
New York, NY June 9

NYCORP's Corporate Mobility Exchange — a focused peer exchange for corporate mobility leaders in the New York metro area. Designed for practitioners to share operational insights, benchmark policies, and have the kind of conversations that only happen when the vendors leave the room.

Jun
9
New York, NY June 9

NYCORP's Summer Signature Event, held in partnership with ResForum — the larger-format counterpart to the morning's Corporate Mobility Exchange. If the CMX is the closed-door strategy session, this is the open floor where the full New York mobility community comes together for an evening of networking and industry connection.

Two NYCORP events on the same day is either brilliant scheduling or a stamina test. Either way, New York mobility professionals get a full June 9 — morning strategy, evening networking. Block the whole day.
Jun
10
St. Louis, MO June 10

The St. Louis Employee Relocation Council's marquee annual summer event — a full-day gathering for Midwest relocation professionals combining education, networking, and whatever St. Louis brings to the table in June (which, if history is any guide, includes humidity and very good barbecue).

STLERC is the heartbeat of Midwest mobility networking. "Summer in the City" isn't just a theme — it's a promise that you'll actually enjoy the day. Regional councils this consistent are what keep the industry connected between the big national events.
Jun
18
Wisconsin June 18

The Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council's summer meeting, combining professional development with a charitable giving component — because Wisconsin relocation professionals apparently believe that networking and philanthropy aren't mutually exclusive. A single-day format built around connection and community.

WiERC baking a charitable cause into a summer meeting is the kind of quiet Midwestern decency that deserves more attention. Show up for the networking, stay for the good karma.
Jun
25
2 Days
Berlin, Germany (KPMG HQ) June 25–26 + Online Jun 29 & Jul 1 International Hybrid

Germany's definitive global mobility practitioner event, hosted at KPMG headquarters in Berlin and organized by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung. Expect 100+ professionals from SMEs and multinationals tackling global mobility under cost pressure, cross-border remote work, matrix-structure compliance, payroll challenges, and the ever-evolving assignee experience — in 20+ tightly curated sessions and roundtables. An online encore follows June 29 and July 1 for the digitally inclined.

DGFP brings the rigorous, compliance-first energy that German HR is famous for — which means the roundtables are dense, the case studies are thorough, and nobody wastes slides on vague buzzwords. If your cross-border policy has loose ends, this is where you find them out the hard way.
Aug
6
North Texas August 6

A corporate-only education and dinner event from the North Texas Relocation Professionals — meaning the vendors sit this one out while corporate mobility practitioners share candid insights over a proper sit-down meal. The kind of format where the conversations are as valuable as the content, precisely because the room is curated.

"Corporate Only" is the magic phrase that turns a polite education session into an honest one. NTRP clearly understands that some of the best industry conversations happen when the sales decks stay in the car. Add dinner to that equation and you've got a genuinely useful evening.
Aug
24
Mexico August 24 International

WERC's dedicated Latin American talent mobility event, bringing together corporate mobility leaders and service providers focused on the LATAM region. Part of WERC's expanding global event strategy — after APAC in Singapore and Global in Boston, Mexico anchors the Latin American calendar with region-specific content on cross-border mobility, compliance, and workforce strategy.

WERC planting a flag in LATAM is the next logical step in their regional expansion, and Mexico as the anchor location puts it right where the cross-border mobility conversation is loudest. If your assignment portfolio touches Latin America at all, this is the room to be in.
Sep
3
Singapore (Amara Hotel) September 3 International

The Forum for Expatriate Management's Asia-Pacific gathering — a single-day conference at Singapore's Amara Hotel, paired with the regional Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards (EMMAs) dinner in the evening. A concentrated dose of APAC-specific mobility content for professionals moving talent into and out of the region.

A one-day summit bolted to an awards dinner is the industry's way of getting you to fly to Singapore for a single very good day — then clap for itself over cocktails. If APAC is in your portfolio, the panels justify the jet lag; the EMMAs justify the open bar.
Sep
9
St. Louis, MO September 9

The St. Louis Employee Relocation Council's fall business meeting — a focused session for Midwest mobility professionals to regroup after summer, review the second half of the year, and set the stage for Q4 planning. Registration details are still pending.

Sep
9
2 Days
North Texas (Location TBD) September 9–10

The North Texas Relocation Professionals' signature two-day fall conference, themed "Driving Mobility with Purpose in North Texas!" Connecting corporate mobility teams, RMCs, and a deep bench of DFW-area service providers across two days of sessions, workshops, and networking. With the Lone Star Summit now on the map as a regional model, NTRP has even more to prove come fall.

Texas does everything bigger — and that apparently includes relocation conference ambition. The same team that co-created Lone Star Relocation Summit gets two more days to themselves. Expect a tight agenda, genuine Southern hospitality, and at least one panel on housing that makes everyone quietly reconsider their life choices.
Sep
13
3 Days
Fredericton, NB, Canada September 13–15 International

The Canadian Employee Relocation Council's flagship annual conference — three days of programming for Canadian and cross-border mobility professionals. CERC events bring together a tightly knit community of corporate relocators, RMCs, and service providers who know that Canadian mobility has its own rulebook (and its own patience for getting through it).

If your portfolio includes Canada and you're not at CERC, you're missing the only conference where cross-border compliance is both the content and the punchline. Three days means the networking actually has time to develop beyond business card exchanges.
Sep
15
Wisconsin September 15

The Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council's annual memorial fundraiser honoring Bill Rounds — an event that puts community and giving at the center of the industry calendar. Registration details are still pending.

Sep
15
3 Days
Washington, D.C. September 15–17

The Moving & Storage Conference — the household-goods arm of the American Trucking Associations — takes its members to Capitol Hill for three days of policy briefings and direct advocacy. Less ballroom networking, more knocking on congressional doors about the rules that actually govern the moving industry.

"Call on Washington" is refreshingly honest branding: this is the one week the industry stops complaining about regulation to each other and goes and complains to the people who write it. If household-goods policy touches your business, this is where the sausage gets inspected.
Sep
21
London, UK September 21 International

The Expat Academy's flagship full-day annual gathering for the global mobility community — an intentionally practitioner-led event built around peer case studies, facilitated roundtable discussions, and networking designed to actually generate conversation. No passive lecture halls; this is a room that teaches itself.

Expat Academy's annual is the rare event where the room is smarter than the agenda — and the format knows it. If you've been surviving on supplier-sponsored content all year, consider this your intellectual palate cleanser. You'll leave with actual notes instead of a tote bag full of branded pens.
Sep
22
New York, NY September 22

NYCORP's fall Corporate Mobility Exchange — the second CMX gathering of 2026 for New York-area corporate mobility practitioners. Registration details are still pending.

Sep
24
Bay Area, CA (Location TBD) September 24

The Bay Area Mobility Management fall gathering combines peer corporate roundtables, lunch networking, and its signature "Ignite Sessions" — short, high-density expert presentations from across the BAMM community. A single-day event that manages to pack a full curriculum into a format West Coast professionals actually show up for.

"Ignite Sessions" are the speed dating of conference formats — thrilling if you're watching, existential if you're the one presenting. BAMM keeps the format sharp and the room intimate enough that you'll actually remember who said what. A full fall day well spent for anyone West of the Rockies.
Sep
24
Brussels, Belgium September 24 · 12:00–18:30 CEST International

Co-organized by NetExpat and Deloitte, the IMMC convenes global mobility professionals across Belgium and the wider European market for an afternoon of peer benchmarking, expert-led panels, and focused networking. Compact by design — the half-day format prioritizes quality of conversation over quantity of content.

A half-day event co-organized by Deloitte sounds like a contradiction in terms, but the IMMC has made it work for years. When the curation is this selective, six hours beats most full-day events. Show up at noon, leave at 6:30 having actually accomplished something — a rare proposition in the conference world.
Oct
7
Atlanta, GA October 7

The Metro Atlanta Relocation Council's fall conference paired with a charity casino night — because MARC figured out that the fastest way to raise money for a good cause is to put relocation professionals in front of a blackjack table. Registration details are still pending.

MARC goes from Braves game in June to casino night in October. The Atlanta council clearly understands that the best networking happens when nobody's thinking about networking. We fully endorse this approach to event programming.
Oct
7
3 Days
Boston, MA (Hynes Convention Center) October 7–9

The industry's flagship global event — three full days at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, bringing together thousands of corporate mobility leaders, relocation management companies, and service providers from around the world. WERC Global 26 spans sessions, workshops, peer-learning forums, and enough networking events to fill the evenings, all built around empowering talent-mobility strategy at every level.

This is the industry's main event — full stop. If you attend exactly one conference in 2026, make it this one: the content is comprehensive and the room is who's who. (Heads up — this moved. Earlier listings had it in Chicago in late October; the confirmed 2026 Global Workforce Symposium is Boston, Oct 7–9.)
Oct
14
2 Days
London, UK (Royal Lancaster Hotel) October 14–15 International

The Forum for Expatriate Management's flagship Europe/Middle East/Africa conference — two days at London's Royal Lancaster Hotel, closing with the black-tie EMMAs awards ceremony on the evening of the 15th. FEM's biggest European gathering and a fixture of the autumn mobility calendar.

The EMEA EMMAs are the industry's most elaborate exercise in mutual congratulation — and the London setting only raises the production values. The daytime programming earns its keep, though; FEM's European content is consistently among the strongest of the year. Pack a tux and a notebook.
Oct
18
3 Days
San Diego, CA (Manchester Grand Hyatt) October 18–20 International

The Pan American International Movers Association's members-only convention for Americas-focused international movers — landing in San Diego the same week as IAM, and at the same hotel. Three days of business sessions, partner meetings, and the tight-knit networking that defines association conventions. Registration is already open.

PAIMA scheduling itself into the same week and the same hotel as IAM is either masterful logistics or a quiet negotiation for everyone's October travel budget. Either way, if you're flying to San Diego for one, you may as well do both — which is precisely the point.
Oct
21
4 Days
San Diego, CA (Manchester Grand Hyatt) October 21–24 International

The International Association of Movers' 64th Annual Meeting & Expo — the largest global trade event for the moving and forwarding industry, with a packed expo floor, 1,800+ decision-makers from 100+ countries, and four days of relentless networking at the Manchester Grand Hyatt on San Diego's waterfront.

IAM is the moving industry's reunion, trade show, and dealmaking floor rolled into four days. If your business touches international household goods, this is non-negotiable — the expo floor alone does more for your partner network than a year of cold emails. Just pace yourself; the waterfront has a way of extending "one more meeting" into midnight.
Oct
TBD
Las Vegas, NV (Durango Casino & Resort) October — Exact Dates TBD

The Commercial Relocation Network's annual conference for office and commercial moving professionals, heading to the Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas this year. A dedicated space for service providers and suppliers in the B2B relocation sector to connect on industry trends, operational challenges, and the very specific art of moving an entire company's furniture without losing anyone's standing desk.

Holding a commercial relocation conference at a casino is either a brilliant metaphor for the industry or a masterclass in distraction management. Either way, CRN has earned the venue — and Las Vegas has a way of ensuring the networking sessions run considerably longer than scheduled.
Nov
4
5 Days
Napa, CA November 4–8

A multi-day executive-level mobility symposium set against the backdrop of Napa Valley's wine country. Designed for senior mobility professionals seeking an immersive format that mixes high-level strategic content with private-label peer networking. Full agenda details are still being finalized — watch for registration updates.

"Global Mobility Symposium" followed immediately by "Napa Valley" is the industry's most effective four-word value proposition. We have no doubt the content is exceptional. We'll take your word for it, though — you were apparently busy at the winery for most of day two.
Nov
4
4 Days
Dubai, UAE November 4–7 International

The annual conference for the EUROMOVERS network of international moving companies, heading to Dubai for 2026. Four days of business sessions, network meetings, and member awards for one of the moving industry's established cooperative networks.

A European moving network holding its flagship conference in Dubai is a fittingly on-brand metaphor for an industry that relocates everyone everywhere. Expect sharp business sessions, a member-awards evening, and at least one conversation about fuel surcharges conducted poolside.
Nov
9
3 Days
Sevilla, Spain November 9–11 International

A three-day international global mobility summit held in Sevilla, Spain — a destination that continues to emerge as a serious European hub for mobility-focused gatherings. Targeted at senior mobility leaders across Europe and beyond, with an agenda covering international talent strategy, compliance, and cross-border workforce planning. Full programming details forthcoming.

Sevilla in November: flamenco, tapas, and international mobility compliance. The session rooms will fight a losing battle against the old city for your attention — but conference organizers who pick Sevilla know exactly what they're doing, and the quality of attendee who shows up for a European destination event tends to be refreshingly self-selected.
Nov
17
2 Days
Coventry, UK (NAEC Stoneleigh) November 17–18 International

The UK's largest trade exhibition for the removals and self-storage industry, returning to NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire. Two days of exhibitors, seminars, live demonstrations, and the industry's competitive streak on full display in its on-site competitions.

The Movers & Storers Show is where the UK removals trade kicks the tyres on everything — vehicles, packing tech, storage systems — then turns it into a competition. Refreshingly hands-on for an industry event: less PowerPoint, more actually picking things up. If you operate in the UK market, the exhibition floor is the whole point.
Nov
20
3 Days
Athens, Greece November 20–22 International

The annual networking gathering for Global Exclusive Movers (GEM), a network of mid-sized international moving companies, convening in Athens for 2026. Three days built around member networking, partner meetings, and tightening the referral relationships that keep a cooperative mover network running.

GEM gathering its mid-sized members in Athens is a reminder that the moving world runs on networks of trusted partners as much as on trucks. Smaller, relationship-first events like this are where the actual referral business gets done — and Athens in late November is a far easier sell than a windowless convention center.
Dec
4
North Texas (Location TBD) December 4

The North Texas Relocation Professionals' year-end educational session — a focused professional development event designed to close out 2026 with industry updates, skill-building, and peer connection before the holiday slowdown officially takes hold. Because apparently NTRP decided that Q4 closes, year-end reporting, and holiday parties still leave room for a full education day.

Maximum respect to NTRP for scheduling a December education event. The rest of the industry is quietly checking out by November 15, and North Texas is over here building curriculum. If the content is half as good as the scheduling commitment, this one's worth pulling yourself away from the holiday party circuit — at least for a morning.
